Slightly spicy and hightly refreshing, a perfect introduction to the unique flavours of Artesanal Mezcal
Straight in a highball glass:
• 1cl of freshly pressed lime juice
• 1cl of Ancho Reys (or a bar spoon of agave syrup and a pinch of grounded Mexican pepper)
• 4cl of Telegram Mezcal Joven
• 1 dash of sparkling water
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it with a ginger beer. Garnish with ginger and some coriander.
